It's been a while since I built for Cygwin, and I'm doing it again.
I had trouble compiling Festival because it was looking for
strstring.h or something -- oh well. I'm building some of the other
dependencies, but I was wondering if anyone had any Cygwin-specific
hints to take advantage of bleeding edge *cough*geocoder*cough*
features.
