[Xastir-dev] Travis OSX build broken

Appears to be affecting every user for the last day or so.

I just pushed a change to .travis.yml that the above article says helps.  The
issue is that Travis is behind the times, and apparently forcing a "brew update"
helps.  It does slow down the CI job, though, so should be removed at a later
date when this issue is fixed.
