[Xastir] Xastir 1.2 STABLE has been released

Same here on RH9. I did the entire CVS process again and followed the
readme.cvs step by step since it is almost 3am and needless to say I am
beat. 

Working fine now but the version shows 1.1.5 also. I don't mind since I
try to do a CVS every few days anyway and know I have the latest.
