[Xastir] Redhat 9.0 compile problems

It is my understanding that installing on a fresh installation of RH 9.0 has some symbolic links missing.  If you install on a version of RH9 that was upgraded, then it will install just fine.  I'll attempt to find out what the missing linked files are.
