Looks like it can't find rf.h.

I don't run aprsd myself.  Have compiled it in the past, but not in
the last year or so.  I wasn't too interested in it back when 'cuz I
had to recompile it to change the TNC baud rate, and I didn't want to
take up space for the C++ compiler for just one app.

This is the C++ compiler trying to compile "ax25socket.cpp" in the
aprsd source code.  It can't find "rf.h".
