[Xastir] HSP Cable

I sat down last Saturday and noticed that I had plenty of stuff in the 
junk box
to build another HSP adapter, so I did. Plugged it in, and it worked 
fine. I don't
know if one of the 2N2222s I used in the first was bad or what.

But the schematic at http://www.nwaprs.org/hsp.htm works fine.
