[Xastir] Anyone done a 64-bit compile?

Solaris was "64 bit" at Solaris 8 or maybe even 7.  On Solaris 9 I do a 
"file /bin/* /sbin/*" and all the executables are 32 bit; not a single 
64 bit in sight.  There are, however, 64 bit libraries in /usr/lib/64 
on both 8 and 9.  There are also 64 bit kernels in  
/platform/*/kernel/sparcv9/unix.

The 64 bit wide path may be more useful for data than for instructions, 
in user space anyway.
