[Xastir] OpenStreetMap?

It has been discussed.  Quite a while back.  I believe there were
some concerns with the quality of the data.

I don't recall what format they're doing things in anymore.  If it's
something we support, it shouldn't be hard to use their maps.  If
it's not, then it'd take some significant effort in order to
write/test a new map module for Xastir.
