[Xastir] Using GeoPDF maps

Kurt,

Based on your description, it sounds like your current build of Xastir is
all set - no need to re-compile it.

If you followed a previous HowTo for Ubuntu on the Xastir Wiki, your
current version of gdal is 1.x.x, which does not support the modified
script that Tom R. put together for improved conversion of the geopdf
maps.  So it sounds like you need to download Gdal 2.0.1 and build that as
instructed.
