[Xastir] 'Server Ports' addressing issue

xastir/scripts/listen_and_display.pl

Checked in now. Connect Xastir to it as if it were a server. It will
display all text Xastir sends to it. Xastir will periodically disconnect
and reconnect to it though, due to the code we have in Xastir that checks
for a "dead" server (one not sending anything back to Xastir for some
period of time). Nothing to worry about as that is normal operation.
