[Xastir] Bringing order to the new wiki

Unfortunately, you can't do pull requests on the wiki. It's an annoying
limitation of the platform.
If you want to contribute in the geeky git way, clone the wiki, edit it, and
use "git format-patch" to create a patch file, then open an issue and attach
the patch file to it. It's as close to a pull request as possible.
